I want you to love your nest PURE purchase. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return an eligible item within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund of the product price.

Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags. Items that show signs of use or wear cannot be accepted for return.

Return shipping
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, the style isn't right for you, or for another personal preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact me and I will make it right. For an approved defective or damaged item, I will cover the return shipping cost.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
