My name is Samantha Cobos, and I first fell in love with textiles while working as an interior designer. I was drawn to the textures and materials that bring beauty and character to everyday spaces. Over time, that passion grew into creating with my own hands, which ultimately led me to launch nest PURE in 2014.

Today, I handcraft every bag and accessory in Minneapolis, Minnesota, using sustainable materials—especially natural cork from Portugal, an eco-friendly alternative to leather that is both durable and beautiful.

Self-taught in bag design and sewing, I developed my craft through curiosity, persistence, and many hours of experimentation. My work blends thoughtful design with sustainability, reflecting my love for the environment and mindful craftsmanship.
